Declaration of Non-Use of Conflict Minerals
As an electronic products supplier, the Company understands that our business activities and the products we provide may have impacts on society, the environment, and our customers. To fulfill our corporate social responsibility and perform due diligence in procurement regarding conflict minerals, the Company hereby commits to the following:
We do not support or use conflict minerals: We strictly prohibit the use of metals derived from armed conflict, illegal mining, or mining operations with poor working conditions—so-called "conflict minerals." These include Gold (Au), Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), and Cobalt (Co). The restricted regions include internationally recognized countries that share borders with the Democratic Republic of the Congo (such as the Republic of the Congo, Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Angola, and the Central African Republic).
We enforce strict supply chain management: The Company will continuously strengthen supply chain management by formulating relevant management systems and regulations to effectively identify and trace the origins of raw materials. This ensures the legality of our raw material sources and prevents the introduction of conflict minerals into our supply chain.
