1. Promote part-time unit: Management Department

2. Frequency of board reports: once a year

3. Job duties:formulate, review and implement corporate integrity management policies,
               systems, training and management guidelines.

4. Annual work plan:

    (1)Internal auditors regularly check the compliance with the system in the preceding

        paragraph.

    (2) Publicize the important precautions of the "Code of Integrity Management",

        "Code of Ethical Conduct" and "Management of Preventing Insider Trading"

        to the directors, supervisors and managers once a year.

    (3) Participate in corporate governance and other related training courses in accordance

        with regulations every year, and participate in various publicity

        lectures held by stock exchange and OTC centers.

    (4) Provide pre-employment training courses for new employees, aiming at legal compliance,

        prohibition of dishonest behavior, integrity of business activities,

        prohibition of bribery and acceptance of bribes, prohibition of

        unreasonable gifts , entertainment andd other illegitimate interests.

        Preventing products or services from damaging interests. Provide

        a complete corporate integrity management concept to employees.
