4.The annual work plan:
(1)At monthly business meeting, publicize and promote corporate ethics to employees,
company regulations or codes of ethics that employees should abide by, corporate
social responsibility and relevant laws and regulations that should be followed in
operating activities.
(2)Regularly assess performance of employees every year, and specify effective rewards
and punishments. Through the work rules, company regulations or ethical codes that
employees should abide by,and propagate employees the corporate social responsibility
and conduct business activities to comply with relevant laws and regulations.
(3)The company is engaged in the operation of the group in Taiwan. The company itself and
its subsidiaries in Taiwan do not have a factory registration certificate to engage in
manufacturing and production, but still strive to cooperate with the government's
energy-saving and carbon-reduction policies, with the management goals of saving
electricity and reducing waste. Do our best to protect the environment. In addition, the
subsidiaries in mainland China also cooperate with local government policies and laws and
regulations, and do our best to protect the environment. The company promotes the
following related measures in the Taiwan office and the mainland subsidiary factories:
A.The temperature of air conditioner is set to 27-28 degrees.
B.All spaces in the office and building are non-smoking to reduce air pollution.
C.Turn off the lights at any time. During the lunch break, all the lights in the
office are turned off.
D.Encourage colleagues to bring their own utensils for lunch and reduce the use of
disposable utensils.
E.Off work, the staff on duty should check whether there are any lights and computers
that are not turned off. All electrical appliances in the pantry except the
refrigerator are unplugged.
F.In addition to implementing garbage classification in all workplaces of the company,
colleagues are also encouraged to use reusable cups, chopsticks and reusable bags,
and do not provide paper cups during meetings to reduce garbage generation.
G.Promote the double-sided use of photocopying paper to reduce paper consumption,
encourage the reuse of internal envelopes, and actively promote environmental
protection measures in the office to reduce waste of resources.
H.Promote the reduction of trash cans to reduce the amount of garbage.
I.Subsidiary factories are outsourced to inspect greenhouse emissions every year.
(4)The company holds labor-management meetings quarterly, and communicates with labor

(5)The company provides necessary internal and external education and training according to
